Our recently selected interim landscaping contractor has begun their work to address the Rolling Hills CSD parks and open space areas that have not had service since mid June. The prior landscape contractor terminated their service with us due to a lack of sufficient personnel within their business. Steps were then initiated by our General Manager to source a replacement service.  This selection process unfortunately took longer than we initially expected due to contractor bidding time frames, interviews, site visits, and required board meetings and thus approvals of work to be performed.  This current service wil consist of mowing, edging, and maintaining the Stonebriar and Berkshire Parks, the Shadow Hills lawn area, and the path areas along White Rock Road from Stonebriar Drive, East to Manchester Drive, which is the entrance to Springfield Meadows. 

We understand the concern and frustration with the delay in keeping the appearance of this community attractive and up to the standards we all expect. Also, greatly appreciate your patience, as well as your comments, while we work to resolve the recent lack of attention that our parks and grounds have been receiving.
