Regular board meetings occur on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM PT, at the meeting room in Holiday Inn Express, 4360 Town Center Blvd., El Dorado Hills, California.  Meeting agendas are posted ahead of time online and on the 3 community bulletin boards.

Residents requesting that an item be placed on a regular meeting agenda to be discussed as a CSD topic should send requests to a board member or the General Manager at least ten days prior to the meeting.  Submitting a request does not guarantee that an item will appear on the agenda. Each meeting also includes a brief time at the beginning for public comment.  No advanced request is necessary, but due to time limitations these comments must be kept brief.
